  Broker and agent's are scam artists. They should call themselves professional ALTERATION Realty. Many details in my home buying were altered. I was promised appliances, fixes, and someone was going to show up to do the job. I sent a thank you email which was misused to claim that work was done and I was asked why am I changing my mind?????? I praise my masseuse to keep her motivated, she doesn't end the session and leave. This Broker misconstrued my email to involve PD. Reported me as Bipolar. Sent me legal notice to remove my reviews! I was asked me to sign contingency release, Final inspection in exchange of $$ which she anyway owed me for missing appliances.

  I have been in the business for over 20 years! I am currently an agent with Home Smart in Monrovia! I have NEVER HAD a better broker than Marie and her husband Mark! They are the most ethical brokers I have ever worked with! They follow the "Golden Rule"! You will never have a bad experience with Mark and Marie! I highly recommend Home Smart! Donna E.
